If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health emergency, please use one of the following emergency resources immediately:

  • Call or Text 988 (The National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline)

  • AR Crisis 

  • Go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Room.

  • Call 911 and inform the operator that it is a mental health emergency.
