What the free Clarity Call or Consultation covers. Your free 15-minute Clarity Call or Consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation about availability, insurance, fees, and whether BH Counseling Clinic is the right fit for you. It is the easiest first step — and it gives you the chance to ask any questions before committing to anything.

Response time. We check all new inquiries during regular business hours and respond within 24 business hours. Saturday and early morning appointments are available — your schedule does not have to stop for your healing.

Insurance and rates. We accept Municipal Health Benefit Fund (MHBF) — covering City of Little Rock, City of North Little Rock, and Arkansas municipal employees and their families. Self-pay sessions are $100 flat rate. We provide superbills for out-of-network reimbursement.

Location and telehealth. In-person sessions are held at 900 S Shackleford Rd, Ste. 300, West Little Rock, AR 72211. Telehealth is available across Central Arkansas — Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Maumelle, Benton, Bryant, Conway, and surrounding areas.
