Author: Britney Hardin, MBA, MS, LAC, LAMFT

BH Counseling Clinic has a new home.

As of September 3, 2026, we are located at 2400 Crestwood Rd, Suite 202, North Little Rock, AR 72116 — and this move opens the door for residents across the North Little Rock corridor to access in-person therapy that is closer, more convenient, and deeply rooted in the community we serve.

If you are in North Little Rock, Sherwood, Jacksonville, Cabot, Maumelle, or the surrounding Central Arkansas area — this post is a guide to what BH Counseling Clinic offers, who we serve, and how to take the first step.

‍ ‍

Why the Move to North Little Rock

North Little Rock sits at the center of a growing, diverse, and underserved mental health landscape in Central Arkansas. As the clinic has grown — in services, in reach, and in the number of communities we serve via telehealth — relocating to North Little Rock allows us to be physically closer to more of the people we care about serving.

The new suite at 2400 Crestwood Rd is accessible, private, and designed to be a genuinely welcoming space for individuals, couples, and families across the region.

Who We Serve at BH Counseling Clinic

Therapy services available in North Little Rock Sherwood and Jacksonville Arkansas at BH Counseling Clinic

BH Counseling Clinic is a holistic, faith-sensitive counseling practice serving individuals, couples, families, teenagers, and young adults. Here is a quick overview of who finds their way to our door:

Individuals navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, grief, identity questions, and the daily weight of trying to function at their best while carrying more than they show.

Women dealing with the specific pressures of motherhood, career, perimenopause, postpartum experiences, perfectionism, boundary-setting, and the exhaustion of being everything to everyone.

Couples working on communication, emotional disconnection, premarital preparation, conflict patterns, faith differences, and the slow drift that happens when life gets busy and the relationship goes on autopilot.

Families — including blended families, co-parenting situations, and parent-teen relationships — navigating the complexity of multiple dynamics, histories, and needs under one roof.

Teenagers and young adults facing academic pressure, social media anxiety, identity development, school transitions, and the particular pressures of growing up in Central Arkansas in 2026.

High-achieving professionals experiencing burnout, the loss of joy despite external success, and the quiet cost of never slowing down long enough to ask whether the life being built is the one they actually want.

Faith communities — Christians, people who are spiritual but not religious, those navigating deconstruction or church hurt, and anyone whose spiritual life is entangled with their mental health in ways that deserve clinical and compassionate attention.

Services Available at the North Little Rock Location

Individual Therapy — For anyone who needs a space that is genuinely theirs. One person, one hour, no audience. All clinical approaches available including CBT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, Person-Centered, Mindfulness-based, and Solution-Focused.
